How many automations, how many systems they touch, and how much change the business generates. It never moves without a conversation first.

Can I cancel?
Any month. Everything keeps running; you lose the monitoring and the fixes.
Do you keep things you didn't build?
Usually, after a one-hour diagnostic to see what I'd be inheriting.
What counts as a small change?
Something I can do in a few hours without a design conversation. Bigger than that becomes a quoted build, and I'll say so up front.
Is there a minimum term?
