Two weeks inside your systems. Out the other side: a scored list of where the hours and dollars go, the three fixes worth doing designed to the screen, and a fixed quote for each. $4,500, and it comes off the build.

Fit
What you get
Every recurring workflow that touches money or records, captured by watching it done — not by asking.
Each workflow timed and priced: hours a month, loaded cost, error rate, what it would cost to automate. Ranked.
The three highest-return workflows designed to the screen: what triggers it, what checks it, what a human still approves.
A fixed-price build quote for each of the three, so the decision is a number, not a feeling.
What to do first, second, third, and what to leave alone. Yours whether or not you build with me.
Walked through with you and whoever owns operations. Questions answered on the spot.
Process
Two half-days with the people who do the work, screen-shared or on site. Access to the systems read-only. I time every step and count every error.
The scorecard, the three designs, the quotes. Draft to you by day 9 so the readout is a conversation, not a reveal.
One hour. You leave with the document and a decision to make: build one, build three, or stop here.
Price
Two weeks. Credited in full to any build started within 60 days. Paid by card or invoice, half up front.
Nothing. More systems or more people take more of my time, not more of your money. If the company is over 200 people or the systems are unusual, I'll say so on the call and we'll scope it.
Back of the napkin
Move the sliders. This is the arithmetic I do in week one, just rougher.
Loaded cost is wages plus taxes, benefits and overhead, usually 1.3 to 1.5 times the hourly wage.
A build that takes over half of this saves about $37,000 a year and lands in the $15,000–$45,000 range.
Questions
The fee is credited to a build, so I'm not neutral about that. But the document is written to stand alone, and the 'leave it alone' column is real. Roughly a third of the value is what it tells you not to do.
Read-only to the accounting system, the CRM, and whatever the team lives in. Two half-days of the people who do the work. I sign your NDA.
From the first working session. I take one assessment at a time.
The people doing the manual work are usually the first to tell me where it hurts. Nothing here is about replacing them; it's about ending the part of their day they hate.
The document, the designs, the quotes. No license, no strings.
Yes, most are. On-site is possible in the U.S. for travel at cost.
You describe the problem. I tell you what I'd build, what it costs, and whether I'm the right person. No deck.
