Three ways to work together.

Every engagement is built for founder-led companies doing $2M–$50M a year. Diagnose, build, or keep it running. Pick the entry point that matches the moment. Most start with the assessment, and every price is on this page.

Diagnose — AI Operations Assessment

$4,500 · 2 weeks · fixed

Every workflow in the company scored by hours × cost. The top three designed to the screen. A 90-day plan you own. Fee credited to a build within 60 days.

Build — Automation Build

from $5,000 · most $15k–$45k · 4–8 weeks

Billing that closes itself. Invoices that chase themselves. Systems that stop needing a person to re-key between them. Fixed quote before we start. You own the result.

Run — Keep It Running

$500–$1,500 / mo · month-to-month

Monitored, fixed when a vendor changes an API, extended as the business changes. A monthly report in plain words. Cancel when it stops earning its keep.

How it works →
Not this size? If you run a one-truck shop, Parsons Cloud is the same software self-serve at $15 a month, and the AI receptionist sets up in an afternoon. If you need a working AI system inside a company with real systems and real payroll, you're in the right place.

Smaller engagements

Two smaller things, priced, for when the problem is narrower.

AI-search visibility audit

$750 · one week

When people ask ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or Google's AI for what you sell, who gets named? Fifty prompts, the answer, the fixes, re-measured in 30 days.

Advisory by the hour

$250 / hr

Straight answers about what AI can and can't do for a specific decision: a vendor you're evaluating, a build someone quoted you, a workflow you're not sure is worth touching. No deck, no upsell.

Before you pick

Questions people ask before they pick

Do I have to start with the assessment?

No. If you already know the workflow and it's clearly worth it, I'll quote the build after a one-hour paid diagnostic ($250, credited). The assessment is for when the question is 'where's the money going?' rather than 'fix this.'

Can you just tell me what to buy?

Yes, that's advisory at $250/hr. I'll name the tool, the price, and what will go wrong with it. Sometimes the answer is 'a $30/mo tool and no consultant.'

What's the smallest engagement?

An hour. The largest is a multi-workflow build with upkeep, which lands in the $45,000 range. Nothing here is open-ended.

What don't you do?

Marketing content, chatbots for their own sake, anything that needs a team of ten, and anything I'd have to learn on your dime. I'll say so on the call and point you to who does.

Start with a 20-minute call.

You describe the problem. I tell you what I'd build, what it costs, and whether I'm the right person. No deck.
